该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责模具日常运维、在线故障抢修、精度修复与技术保障，快速处置生产现场模具异常，保障生产连续稳定 2. 制定并执行模具保养计划，落实日常点检、周保养计划 3. 独立完成模具核心故障诊断与维修处置，熟练开展配模、研磨、刀口修复、结构调校等维修作业 任职要求： 1. 熟悉模具结构,具备工程图面判读能力 2. 具备新模开发结构评估分析能力 3. 有模具疑难问题点改善能力 4. 对模具异常作出正确判断的能力及沟通能力
