该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责校园招聘全流程执行，包括宣讲会组织、简历筛选、面试安排等，年度招聘目标200+ 2.协助制定人才培养计划，跟进管培生轮岗进度 3.维护校企合作关系，每学期至少开展5场校企活动 4.处理基础人事事务，包括考勤统计、档案管理等，准确率要求100% 任职要求： 1.人力资源专业本科及以上学历 2.熟悉招聘全流程，有制造业实习经验者优先考虑 3.具备优秀的数据分析能力，Excel熟练度需达VLOOKUP水平 4.通过大学英语六级，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力
