• Coordinate repairs in permanent consideration of quality requirements. Decrease the equipment downtime and keep it running smoothly.
• Cooperate with production department, work together for the throughput and quality.
• Cooperate with purchase department for the spare parts, service and working material.
• Cooperate in providing detailed design for various modifications in machinery.
• Cooperate with suppliers (ATOTECH, HMS, SCHMID, Kuttler, Furnace, STC, KLA, Schmoll, VM, Mitsubishi, Lauffer, Muraki, Shoda, Aiki, Topro, Kuttler, Furnace, STC, etc.); keep in touch with them for daily business and tracking the spare parts.
• Coordinate and control the preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Coordinate the cost control with the responsible area.
• Prepare and follow process documentation.
• Lead an effective team, responsible for the education and continuous training of employees within the department.
• Provide work documentation and resources in time and in sufficient quantity.
• Observe various regulations (environment, safety at work).
• Check and maintain discipline within department (breaks, work attire, obligation to carry ID etc.).
