- 负责相关工艺的优化与改进，提升产品性能与生产效率
- 跟踪行业技术动态，整理技术文档并参与技术交流
- 协助团队完成研发目标，支持跨部门技术协作
任职要求：
- 材料、化学、化工相关专业应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历。以下研究方向优先： 微电子材料、湿法蚀刻清洗（湿法冶金方向）、有机合成方向、电化学方向。 2.具备半导体材料或化工工艺基础研究经验，熟悉实验室操作规范
- 良好的逻辑分析能力与数据敏感度，能独立完成实验报告撰写
- 具备团队协作精神，能适应快节奏的研发工作环境
