该职位来源于猎聘 Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct evolution analysis for both new and exist equipment to meet new project requirement, ensure machine compatibility with future demands, minimize retrofitting costs, and extend asset lifecycle efficiency.
• Define new equipment specification for upcoming products and technologies
• Lead equipment automation development in the plant to reduce human error, lower labor costs and enable flexible production scheduling for high-mix manufacturing.
• Support production department in problems solving of key quality and process issue to reduce scrap rates, stabilize yield performance, and enhance customer satisfaction through reliable output.
• Define and design equipment digitalization system to unlock data-drive operational insights.
• Define and plan MES/AES system optimization for equipment and process enhancements.
• Define and plan Equipment modifications, reliability improvements, and cost reduction programs to extend equipment lifespan, achieve annual cost-saving target, and improve operational sustainability.
• Setup and plan for the equipment digitalization transformation strategy and deployment, commit to achieve customer’s smart manufacturing specification and AT&S smart manufacturing requirement
• Responsible for equipment lifecycle management.
• Team leadership to foster culture of continuous improvement, system integration and standardization
• Define and implement systematic improvement guideline for engineer skill competence development.
• Support NPI qualification process; maintain product quality consistency during ramp-up phases.
• Support Technology department for new technology / product realization.
• Guideline for engineer training, qualification, and career development.
• Cross function, department and plant support and sharing.
• Setup and develop system to achieve industry 4.0 objectives. Your Profile:
• Technical Background in electrical and / or mechanical engineering required
• Bachelor degree of above in mechanical, electrical, chemistry, physics or process engineering.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
• Self-motivated ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Extensive and professional experience in related industry advantageous.
• Have basic written and oral English skills.
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, SAP, MES).
• Good stress management skills.
• Integrated and Interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with IATF16949 requirement.
• Knowledge of quality tools, such as FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA.
