该职位来源于猎聘 主要工作Main missions:  analyze customer requirements, define best Faurecia proposal, realize benchmark, coordinate prediction work and CAD work, create DVP with experts and testing teams, create the initial BOM, validate Product performance targets, 分析顾客需求，定义方案，实现标杆化生产，协调与专家、测试团队, ,验证产品性能目标并创建初始BOM, During development : 开发过程中：  Lead cross functional review 牵头跨职能项目回顾  Validate feasibility of product and process concepts, update DVP 验证产品和过程的可行性，并组织更新  Manage a Program File in Product Data Management (PDM), with all design changes, ECR history 管理工程变更  Manage technical aspects of a program: Prepare and update other program related technical documentation; Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and costs targets; Ensure that the PMS technical milestone deadlines are met; Manage Bought Out Parts (BOP) definition and ensure technical integration of suppliers, Coordinate technical management of tool suppliers relying on process/tool engineers and experts 管理项目的技术面：准备并更新与其它项目有关的技术文件；确保技术趋同计划符合产品质量和成本目标；确保遵循PMS技术里程碑期限；管理外购部件(BOP)定义并确保供货商的完整性，依赖于工艺／工具工程师和专家与工具供货商的技术管理进行协调。  Lead DFMEA study 牵头DFMEA分析  Establish and validate prototype control plan 建立和确认控制计划  Control the tolerance stack up study realized by CAD team 和CAD团队一起实现控制产品公差  During Product Qualification: 在产品方面：  Analyze test reports and product validation parts 分析产品测试和验证报告  Verify reliability of Off Tools parts 验证工具可靠性  Liaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched 当生产启动时与工业化工程师进行产品和过程的控制  He is the interface with the customer's engineering team and obtain customer agreement on design 保持与客户工程团队的沟通，并获得顾客的设计确认。
