• Having good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. (CET-4 or above) / 有良好的英语听说读写能力. (至少通过大学英语四级)。

• Define and optimize process parameters. / 定义和优化工艺参数。
• Establish, update, and maintain related engineering documents, like PFMEA, work instruction. / 制定、更新和维护相关的工程文件, 如PFMEA和工作指引。
• New product, new material and new equipment trial run and release. / 新产品、新物料和新设备的试生产和放行。
• Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations. / 严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度。
