该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.独立完成新模具前期分析（包含DFM，产品的可行性分析，） 2.根据加工进度表跟进模具加工、组立、试模进度，直至FAI及新模具承认 3. 独立完成跟进模具加工、组立、试模进度，直至FAI样品承认； 4，独立完成跟进模具试产，直至产品和模具转产； 5.支持模具修理及现有模具的设计优化 6.支持外部模具开发，协助外部模具设计的评审及新模具的验收； 7，独立完成与产品生产相关的自动化申请及验收 任职要求： 1.大专以上学历，3-8年精密塑胶模具跟进经验； 2.能独立完成开模及改模检讨 3.熟练使用AutoCAD、UG等软件，熟练使用PPT制作新模DFM报告 4.擅长对注塑制程中不良品进行分析，从模具角度提出改善意见并优化模具结构 5，有汽车连接器跟进经验者优先； 6.良好的团队合作精神
