Position Title: Project Quality Engineer

Work Location: Bang Kho District, Ban Tong County, Chonburi Province, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:

1. Material Quality Assurance

2. Process Quality Assurance

3. Customer Complaints on Quality Assurance

4. Host the Quality Weekly Meeting, responsible for handling incoming materials, process, and customer complaint anomalies

5. Promote continuous quality improvement; conduct process audits (based on VDA6.3 standards)

6. Quality control and follow-up for new product trial production, inspection standard updates and maintenance

7. Lead the analysis and resolution of non-conforming/abnormal issues in mass-produced products (including responses and handling of production line feedback), follow up until the case is closed. When necessary, convene cross-departmental meetings to discuss and propose solutions, implement follow-up actions, and ensure the issue is fully closed until the case is finalized.

8. Develop a production process quality control plan (process inspection standards) for mass production projects, specifying key control points and inspection frequencies

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Employment Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electronic engineering is preferred; over 5 years of experience as a quality engineer, with prior experience in power inverter products being a plus.

2. Familiar with the entire SMT, DIP, and complete machine assembly process; proficient in the production techniques and product characteristics of each process, capable of identifying and controlling key control points.

3. Proficient in utilizing various quality tools; skilled in operating office software with strong report writing capabilities; excellent communication, coordination, planning, and logical analysis skills.

4. Possess good personal qualities, be upright and honest, work with diligence and meticulousness, demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, can withstand work pressure, and show proactive and motivated attitude in work.
