工作职责 1、制定和维护市场风险管理政策和程序。 2、识别、计量和监测市场风险 3、监测业务部门对市场风险限额的遵守情况，报告超限额情况 4、设计、实施事后检验和压力测试 5、识别、评估新产品、新业务中所包含的市场风险，审核相应的操作和风险管理程序 6、负责交易对手信用风险管理并负责交易对手额度的日常管控 7、负责金融工具估值模型的管理和验证及市场参数维护 8、市场风险相关监管统计工作等相关市场风险管理工作
任职要求 1、经济、金融、数学、统计、计算机和金融工程等相关专业 2、具有5年及以上市场风险、场外衍生品管理相关工作经历 3、具有团队管理经验，掌握Python、SQL、R、SAS等数分编程工具者优先考虑 4、 CPA、CFA、FRM持证者优先考虑
