What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
จัดทำและควบคุมงบประมาณการตลาดประจำปี/โครงการ ทั้งในส่วนของกิจกรรมการตลาด On-ground และ Online
วางแผนจัดกิจกรรมการตลาด On-ground งาน Event ทั้งใน Showroom และในแต่ละพื้นที่ ร่วมกับทีมขาย
วางกลยุทธ์การตลาดออนไลน์ (Facebook, TikTok, LINE, SEO) และวางแผนงบประมาณโฆษณาออนไลน์ (Meta Ads, Google Ads เป็นต้น)
ควบคุม Brand Guideline และ Tone of Voice ขององค์กร ให้สื่อ Digital ของทีมการตลาดและเพจสาขาเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน
วิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลการทำการตลาดทั้ง Online และ On-ground เช่น CPL, Conversion Rate, ROI, Event Leads
บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานการตลาดให้ทำงานบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่องค์กรกำหนด
