We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who have a strong grasp of current digital/omni-channel marketing strategies and ecosystem, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing solution from concept to execution at customer side.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Indegene’s India and China’s leadership team and develop solutions that enable adoption of digital transformation capabilities for Life Sciences organizations.
• Help in providing customization solutions to clients in both PC and Content Factory business, and support bidding process
• Focus on customer success, monitor the project delivery process Ÿ
• Work as expert in optimize and upgrade company services
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Define and lead the effort to building Indegene digital marketing strategy/solution for co-com with omni-channel engage and content eco-system in China to more fit China's market trend and tailor-make solutions as per customer's requirements.
• Align with internal resource and partner to establish the digital marketing ecosystem to fulfil complex customer requirements.
• Based on various doctors/patients' digital platform, fully leverage internal and external resources to setup strategy and execution plan to fulfil customer's certain business needs
• Lead project teams on client engagements and project fulfil, Responsible for client satisfaction for end-to-end brand deliveries (critical/complex) independently in terms of quality, accuracy of delivery, timeliness, scope management and effort estimations.
• Lead strategic business transformation programs, manage program planning, execution, and reporting; responsible for program resources, deliverables, quality, stakeholder communication, program risks, mitigations, and budgets leading to successful program delivery.
• Communication with customer c-level and senior stakeholder to demonstration our solution and handle customer's questions
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Ensure positioning of services is adapted correctly for the region and our offerings are aligned with the changing customer behaviour.
• Develop a deep appreciation for Indegene’s services and products, Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Requirements
• 8+ years working experience in consulting company worked as strategy/management consultant, have overall project planning and management experience, able to have conversation with internal and external senior level management
• Digital market engagement related project experience in healthcare industry(pharma and MedTech) is the must
• Chinese and English ability
• A diversity of experience having worked at life sciences industry and customer’s system, familiar with China health care market trend and eco-system
• Deep understanding of the Internet hospital, HCP/Patient platform, Digital Landscape and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing in Healthcare
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for Digital marketing / New age technologies
• Strategy and Consultant thinking, Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
• High motivation, outstanding work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
• Outstanding communication & presentation skills, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and pay great attention to details.
