该职位来源于猎聘 1.负责国际订单及物流业务的流程操作包括，订单接收，审核，录入，实施监控订单进度以及交期进度，协调处理订单处理过程中出现的问题2.负责订单的检查和跟踪，准确将订单录入SAP系统并传递，为公司提供准确可靠的数据支持 3.负责发货计划的管理，按照客户订单需求时间及时与工厂沟通协调发货并及时反馈给客户 4.负责处理售后相关问题，包括接收和处理退货换货等问题 5.负责与其他部门沟通协调，确保订单处理工作的顺利推进 -熟悉订单管理流程，有相关经验 -熟悉国际贸易方式，有物流相关经验 -良好的沟通能力及跨部门协作能力 -熟练的英文或者韩语 -熟练SAP或ERP的操作 -数据分析能力
