该职位来源于猎聘 职责简述 总体职责 初级机械工程师需向机械工程经理汇报，并将参与各项工程工作，以支持公司的业务需求。该职位主要负责定向钻井所用工具和设备的设计、概念方案提出、制造图纸绘制、项目规划、测试计划制定、报告编写、故障排除、分析及持续改进等工作。初级机械工程师应在机械工程经理的指导和领导下，以成本效益高、安全、注重质量且技术驱动的方式执行这些任务。 具体职责（非全部） 就工具和技术的开发与实施做出决策。 保持每日活动的完整、全面记录，并向机械工程经理汇报。 根据需要，参与与泥浆马达、随钻测量/随钻测井工具和/或任何其他钻井设备相关的工程计划。 根据需要提供培训和指导，以在公司内部传递产品知识。 在时间允许时，协助其他部门完成各类项目。 履行《员工健康安全环保手册》和《公司健康安全环保手册》中列出的所有职责。 按照公司的质量体系程序和工作指导书履行职责。 任职资格 获得认可大学的机械工程学士学位。 拥有两年或以上相关岗位工程经验的机械工程师。 必须熟练掌握 SolidWorks，能将其作为设计和应力分析工具。 出色的制图技能，具备几何尺寸与公差的知识/经验。 拥有机械设计经验，并对产品开发的全阶段有基本了解。 掌握机械系统基础知识（例如材料应力、适用于高压高温和高振动环境的材料选择等）。 了解并具有版本控制平台的使用经验，熟悉 SW-PDM Vault 者优先。 能够审核技术专家和绘图员的设计工作及图纸。 良好的机械加工和制造工艺知识。 不错的人际交往和书面沟通能力。 在设计变更、测试和项目流程方面具备强大的文档编写技能。 学习能力强，具有良好的职业道德，目标明确，注重细节。 具备流程和质量意识，理解并推崇设计实践。 有石油天然气行业的现场经验和现场操作经验者优先。 熟悉知识产权申请流程者优先 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES General Accountability Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, the Jr. Mechanical Engineer will participate in engineering efforts focused on supporting the needs of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for design, concept proposals, manufacturing drawings, project planning, test plans, reports, troubleshooting, analysis, and continuous improvement of tools and equipment used in directiona1drilling. The Jr. Mechanical Engineer will execute these in a cost effective, safe, quality-focused, and technologically driven way following the guidance and leadership of the Mechanical Engineering

Manager. Specific Accountabilities (not all-inclusive)  Make decisions concerning the development and implementation of tools and technologies.  Maintain complete and comprehensive records of daily activities and report to the Mechanical Engineering

Manager.  Work in engineering initiatives related to Mud Motors, MWD/LWD tools and/or any other drilling equipment as required.  Provide training and mentoring as required to transfer product knowledge within Tartan Energy Group.  Assist other departments with various projects when time permits.  Perform all duties meeting the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks.  Perform duties according to the company's quality system procedures and work instructions. Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University  Mechanical Engineer with two or more years' Engineering experience in relevant jobs  Highly skilled on SolidWorks as a design and stress analysis tool is required  Advanced drafting skills and knowledge/experience with GD& T  Experience with mechanical design and basic knowledge of all stages of product development  Working knowledge of fundamentals of mechanical systems (i.e. stress of materials, materials selection for use in high pressure, high-temperature and high-vibration environments, etc.  Knowledge and experience with revision control platforms, preferably SW-PDM Vault  Ability to revise Technologists' and Draftsman's design work and drawings  Good understanding of machining and manufacturing processes  Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills  Strong documentation skills for design changes, testing and project process  Quick learner, strong work ethic, goal-focused, and detail oriented  Process and quality mind-set with an appreciation of design best practices  Field experience and field operations in the oil and gas industry an asset  Familiarity with acquisition of intellectual property an asset
