该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求： 1、负责管理本部门，进行工作的安排分配及人员的考核指导。 2、本部门产品设计方案的制定及技术图纸的审核; 3、与相关部门进行沟通，进行新产品结构方案的评审、规划、前期资料收集及具体结构项目和设计方案的制订: 4、本部门结构设计图纸及技术文件的审核及内部人员的培训； 5.本部门结构设计进度的跟踪； 任职要求： 1、全日制本科（985/必须条件）以上学历，5年以上结构设计经验 2、具备钣金结构设计能力，有大型装备/汽车/飞机框架设计经验优先: 3、精通大型机架整体结构仿真: 4、有工业设计美学审美高度; 5、对机架结构的隐定性，可靠性有深刻认知; 6、对机架成本管控有清晰的方法
