維修副主任(工程部)

About the role

The role is responsible for executing daily maintenance and upkeep work, coordinating maintenance technicians, foremen and various departments, handling all types of equipment and facility maintenance matters, following up on maintenance work to ensure quality and timely completion, and assisting supervisors in handling emergency maintenance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on maintenance work orders
• Arrange technicians and foremen to process maintenance work orders
• Assist in handling emergency maintenance matters
• Execute inventory in and out, and conduct procurement as needed
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and safety measures are observed
• Record daily maintenance work content
• Coordinate maintenance arrangements with shops, technicians, contractors, management offices, engineering, technical support departments and other units
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
• Work 5 days per week
• Shift work arranged on a roster basis, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

About you

• Education: Form 5 graduation or above; relevant associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 2 years or above maintenance and upkeep related management experience; front-line management experience preferred; those with less experience may be considered for assistant positions
• Skills: Basic electromechanical maintenance knowledge; able to independently complete common daily maintenance work; possession of Construction Industry Safety Card and other tradesman licenses preferred
• Language: Good Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin; ability to read and write technical documents and reports preferred
