What they need
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- ตอบคำถามและแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้าผ่าน LINE Official และ Discord
- ประสานงานและติดตามปัญหาของลูกค้ากับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ช่วยวางแผนและประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรม ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
คุณสมบัติ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านหุ้นไทย อนุพันธ์ไทย (TFEX) หุ้นต่างประเทศ และกองทุนรวม(หากมีความรู้ด้านสินทรัพย์อื่น จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้งาน LINE Official, Discord ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ ใจเย็น และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- * หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Support, Community หรือการจัดกิจกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
