该职位来源于猎聘 Job Title: Overseas Management Trainee（ Work Location: Shanghai, after completion of the trainee program, candidates will be assigned back to their home country or neighboring countries based on business needs） Job Responsibilities：

• Participate in job rotation across various positions；
• Assist overseas colleagues in telecommunication business development;
• Assist overseas colleagues in streamlining daily work processes and establish communication mechanisms between headquarters and overseas branches;
• Assist in formulating new market operation strategies based on overseas market feedback;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job requirements：
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Passionate about Chinese culture;
• Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to use Chinese as working languages,and posses cross-cultural communication skills;
• Passionate about the telecommunications industry, willing to develop a long-term career in this field.
