Proficient in mainstream measurement software including PC-DMIS and Calypso, establish standardized digital inspection templates for bearing products, optimize inspection procedures, and improve overall testing efficiency and stability. —负责测量数据的汇总、统计与分析，输出规范的检测分析报告；针对轴承游隙偏差、圆度误差等各类超差问题开展根本原因分析，联动工艺团队优化加工工艺与生产方案；运用SPC统计过程控制工具，持续监控产品关键质量特性，实现过程质量预警与改善。 Collect, analyze and summarize measurement data and deliver standardized inspection reports. Conduct root cause analysis for out-of-tolerance issues such as bearing clearance deviation and roundness error, and cooperate with the process team to optimize processing schemes. Adopt SPC tools to monitor key quality characteristics and support continuous process quality improvement. —主导推进测量系统分析（MSA）、GR&R重复性与再现性验证，确保测量系统精准可靠；负责测量设备的日常管理、保养维护，制定科学合理的设备校准计划；编制、更新测量作业指导书（SOP），开展质检人员技能培训，统一检测标准与操作规范。 Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and GR&R verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement system. Manage daily maintenance of testing equipment and formulate equipment calibration plans. Compile and update measurement SOPs and provide professional training for quality inspectors to standardize testing operations. —参与新型轴承产品的测量方案设计、首件检验及试制验证工作；审核产品图纸，评估形位公差（GD&T）标注的合理性、规范性与可检测性；为生产、质量及研发部门提供专业的测量技术支持与问题解决方案。 Participate in measurement scheme design and first article inspection for new bearing products during trial production. Review engineering drawings and verify the rationality, standardization and measurability of GD&T tolerances. Provide professional measurement technical support and problem-solving solutions for production, quality and R&D teams. —负责客户退回轴承产品的检测、拆解分析与技术鉴定，精准判定产品故障模式，包括磨损、疲劳剥落等各类失效类型；开展深度根本原因分析，精准定位引发产品失效的技术缺陷或管理问题。 Responsible for the detection, disassembly analysis and technical identification of customer returned bearings, accurately judge product failure modes including wear, fatigue spalling and other failure types; conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify technical defects or management problems leading to product failure. —独立编制8D等标准化质量分析报告，清晰梳理问题、原因及改善方案，同步汇报至内部管理层及客户；全程跟踪纠正预防措施的落地执行，验证改善效果，彻底解决质量问题，实现问题闭环管理。 Independently compile standardized quality analysis reports such as 8D reports, sort out problems, causes and improvement schemes clearly, and report to internal management and customers; track the implementation of corrective and preventive measures throughout the process, verify the improvement effect, thoroughly solve quality problems and realize closed-loop management. —主导或参与退货材料分析（RMA）全流程管控，规范退货品处理流程；联动客户、生产、工艺、研发等内外部团队，高效沟通对接，协同攻克各类复杂轴承质量问题。 Lead or participate in the full-process management of Returned Material Analysis (RMA) and standardize the processing procedure of returned products; communicate and cooperate with customers, production, process, R&D and other teams to efficiently solve various complex bearing quality problems. 任职要求 / Job Requirements —硕士研究生及以上学历。 Master’s degree or above. —大学英语六级（CET-6）及以上水平。 CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency. —机械类相关专业，有轴承课题组研究经历者优先。 Majored in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines; candidates with bearing research group experience are preferred. —具备学生会工作经验者优先，拥有良好的沟通协调、团队协作与统筹执行能力。 Candidates with student union work experience are preferred, with excellent communication, coordination, teamwork and execution capabilities.
