About the role

This is a customer service and operations support role based in a premium studio in the city centre. You will manage online customer inquiries, maintain relationships with existing clients, coordinate scheduling across multiple locations, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries, arrange trial classes and follow-up on post-class experience
• Monitor student progress, remind clients of contract renewals, and maintain good relationships
• Coordinate daily schedules across three locations, handle external venue bookings, and distribute access codes
• Verify instructor monthly course hour salary data and follow up on consumables restocking
• Capture daily studio content for Instagram Stories (a dedicated photography team handles editing)

About you

• Fluent in written English and Chinese, with warm and friendly communication style
• Careful and organised in work approach, with strong follow-up awareness and numerical sense
• Experience in customer service, CRM, front desk, or sales is preferred (recent graduates also considered)
