ABOUT 3W & CO. PARTNERS LLC
3W & Co. Partners LLC (“3WCo”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ETHK Labs Inc., a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 1931). ETHK brings over 30 years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) distribution sector and has strategically advanced its focus toward AI-enabled healthcare investment and capital operations. Building on this strong foundation, ETHK pursues a disciplined mergers and acquisitions strategy to scale high-quality healthcare solutions globally.
Founded in 2026, 3WCo is at the forefront of this vision in the U.S. market. The company is dedicated to integrating leading global AI healthcare innovators and accelerating their growth through a unique “three-curve” platform and collaborative ecosystem. This approach is designed to unlock synergies, enhance operational value, and maximize the impact of each investment.
As a rapidly growing organization, 3WCo offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment driven by innovation and purpose. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep a fast-moving start-up running smoothly.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to senior leadership at 3WCo. This is a trusted, behind-the-scenes role for someone who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with discretion, and keeps executives focused on the highest-value work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Beyond calendar and travel management, the Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, and investors, often acting as a gatekeeper and a first point of contact on behalf of leadership. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for communicating with the company’s parent organization, partners, and stakeholders across the U.S. and Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars for one or more executives, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure executives are prepared with agendas, materials, and context ahead of each commitment.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, track reimbursements, and reconcile corporate card statements in a timely manner.
Communication & Coordination
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports in both English and Mandarin as needed.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding or routing items on behalf of leadership with sound judgment.
- Facilitate bilingual (English/Chinese) communication and basic interpretation between U.S. leadership and the parent company or overseas partners.
Meetings, Events & Office Operations
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, board and investor sessions, off-sites, and company events, including logistics, catering, and materials.
- Take and distribute meeting notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support day-to-day office operations and help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Coordinate visitor arrangements for guests and partners.
Projects & Confidential Support
- Manage special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of leadership from start to finish.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct basic research, compile information, and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues before they escalate.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Required
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common scheduling and collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives in a start-up, biotech, life sciences, technology, or investment environment.
- Experience coordinating across international teams or time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
