该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 中文 根据客户招聘需求，独立负责中高端岗位招聘项目，完成招聘目标。 深入理解客户业务及岗位需求，为客户提供专业的人才招聘解决方案。 利用 LinkedIn、Seek、JobStreet、Glints、VietnamWorks、TopCV、Facebook 等招聘渠道，主动搜寻和挖掘目标人才。 负责候选人全流程管理，包括人才寻访、电话沟通、面试评估、推荐、Offer跟进及入职协调。 建立并维护海外人才库，与优质候选人保持长期联系。 定期进行行业 Mapping、人才 Mapping、市场调研及竞争对手分析，为客户提供人才市场信息。 与客户保持良好沟通，及时反馈招聘进展，提升客户满意度。 持续学习行业动态及招聘技巧，不断提升专业能力。 English Manage end-to-end recruitment projects for mid-to-senior level positions and achieve hiring targets. Understand clients' business needs and provide professional recruitment solutions. Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, JobStreet, Glints, VietnamWorks, TopCV, Facebook, and other recruitment channels. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and establish long-term relationships with candidates. Conduct market mapping, talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor research to support clients' hiring strategies. Maintain close communication with clients and provide regular recruitment updates. Continuously improve recruitment knowledge and stay informed about industry trends. 任职要求 | Job Requirements 中文 大专及以上学历，人力资源、商务、市场营销、英语等相关专业优先。 1年以上招聘或猎头经验，有跨境电商、互联网、消费品、物流、制造业等行业招聘经验优先。 熟悉 LinkedIn、JobStreet、Seek、Glints 等招聘平台，具备优秀的人才搜寻能力。 具备良好的沟通表达能力、谈判能力及客户服务意识。 目标导向，执行力强，能够适应快节奏工作环境。 具有团队合作精神及较强的学习能力。 English Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, English, or related disciplines. At least 1 year of recruitment or executive search experience. Experience in cross-border e-commerce, Internet, consumer goods, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred. Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Seek, Glints, and other recruitment platforms, with strong sourcing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
