As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our recruitment consultants to identify, attract, and engage top talent across various industries and functions. You will be responsible for talent sourcing, candidate assessments, and relationship management with other recruitment-related tasks. Also, this internship is a great opportunity for anyone who are interested in participating in digital transformation. We are currently integrating traditional business with digital innovation. Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates via databases, social media, and job boards.
• Screen and assess candidates for their qualifications, skills, and fit with our clients' requirements.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates, and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
• Schedule interviews with clients and candidates, and coordinate logistics as needed.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions, reports, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, and contribute to improving our recruitment processes and techniques. 任职要求
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, resume databases, and applicant tracking systems.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
