職責:

• 進行物業內各項維修保養工程，維持機電系統及所有物業設施運作正常
• 監察服務承辦商之服務質素

要求:

• 須為註冊電業工程人員（級別甲）、持有效平安咭及建造業工人註冊證
• 三年或以上維修工程工作經驗
• 能獨立工作及處理緊急維修事宜
• 每天工作9小時, 輪班 , 每星期工作5.5天
