- Work with the E shop team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
- Ensure the delivery schedule is communicated effectively with the express company
- Assist the E shop team to carry out effective day-to-day operation of the store and stock
- Assist the warehouse to handle daily operation
About you
- F.5 or above education
- 2 years working experience
- Advanced with e shop experience
- Good communication skill
- Good service attitude
- Responsibility, efficient and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS office application
