About the role

Lead the incubation and operations of the Hong Kong-Jiangsu Science and Innovation Center project, coordinating the discovery, assessment, and cultivation of sci-tech projects, promoting bidirectional docking and implementation of Hong Kong scientific research achievements with Jiangsu industrial resources, and managing services and follow-up for resident sci-tech entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sci-tech investment project assessment, due diligence, and proposal development; participate in project business negotiations; prepare investment recommendations, feasibility studies, and special reports; coordinate full-process advancement of key projects
• Deepen engagement with Hong Kong universities, research institutions, sci-tech enterprises, and investment institutions; build and maintain the Su-Hong sci-tech cooperation ecosystem; plan and organize industry docking, roadshows, forums, and other sci-tech exchange activities; expand cooperation channels and resource networks
• Manage follow-up of key cooperation projects; coordinate with mainland industrial platforms to implement project landing; complete departmental special tasks, external coordination, and upward reporting work
• Complete other cross-border investment and sci-tech collaboration work assigned by leadership

About you

• 3-5 years of practical experience in investment, sci-tech incubation, industrial operations, or cross-border projects, with demonstrated cases of project-led implementation
• Master's degree or above in finance, investment, engineering, industrial economics, or related fields
• Ability to independently assess projects, conduct business negotiations, and prepare proposals; strong capabilities in resource integration, project coordination, and external relations
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; able to independently conduct external communications; skilled in handling complex comprehensive materials
• Strong sense of overall situation; able to independently undertake special projects; adaptable to cross-regional collaborative work; possess state-owned enterprise platform work mindset
