工作內容

ColorPro Product line

Product Planning & Requirement Management

• Lead the development, specifications, positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhances brand competitiveness.
• Plan new product based on market demands and technology trends

Project Management & Development Progress Tracking

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept, development, and testing to mass production, ensuring a successful product launch.
• Conduct regular project meetings, tracking development progress, risk management, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to schedule and cost control.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication, ensuring smooth collaboration between development, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams.

International Market & Business Expansion

• Attend exhibitions to promote new products and gather market feedback.
• Work with the business and marketing teams to plan product launch strategies and sales initiatives.

Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare project reports, including development progress, competitor analysis, and technology trend reports.
• Deliver presentations in English to international clients, partners, and senior executives, reporting product development strategies, product specifications and market insights.

條件要求

• At least 3 years of product management experience in IT, CE related products.
• Excellent English communication skills, for collaboration with international teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Skilled in crafting compelling presentations and detailed reports.
• Experience in marketing/color application/design is a plus
