About the role

Responsible for end-to-end legal work across the full lifecycle of private equity fund establishment and project investment, including structural design, legal due diligence, and participation in negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle legal work for private equity fund establishment and project investment processes
• Conduct structural design and legal due diligence
• Participate in investment negotiations
• Complete other related work assigned by the company

About you

• Master's degree or above from a leading domestic or international university, with a legal background
• Hong Kong lawyer practising qualification
• 6+ years of experience as a transaction lawyer at renowned law firms (top-tier/international firms) or in private equity funds
• Deep involvement in large-scale, complex cross-border investment projects preferred
• Thorough understanding of the complete private equity transaction process
• In-depth understanding of Hong Kong financial regulatory frameworks
• Fluent and accurate Mandarin and English communication, both written and oral; English can be used as a working language
• Outstanding legal analysis, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong execution capability and excellent teamwork spirit
