该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives of the Job: The role will be in charge of full responsible for vehicle architecture management work in one platform/derivative project. This position primarily requires the individual to lead the vehicle architecture work of vehicle level activities.

Main Duties

• Technical ownership focused on vehicle architecture in an international/domestic project.
• Lead team to do vehicle architecture attributes benchmarking and targets setting.
• Lead team to do complete vehicle packaging with arrangements of all modules under considering functions.
• Lead team to follow and solve vehicle architecture issues.
• Manage vehicle architecture attributes.
• Responsible for vehicle architecture activities sign-off.
• Responsible for communication with customer and suppliers.
• Lead in major issues solution.
• Coach the team and train them into proficient engineers. Qualification:
• More than 10 years working experience in automotive R&D department.
• More than 8 years working experience in vehicle architecture.
• NEV vehicle architecture work is a big plus.
• Extensive knowledge in platform and derivative development, ergonomics, styling convergence, etc.
• Famous OEM working experience is preferred.
• Good project management skills.
• Familiar with complete vehicle development process and vehicle architecture.
• Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5.
• High level leadership qualities, good communication skill, good team player.
• Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking
