About the role

This role involves verifying invoices, delivery documents, and procurement documentation for accuracy, and reconciling expenses and advance payments. You will record product pricing and document data into the SAP system, prepare advance payment refund documents, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. You will also manage and control accounting documents to support audits and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, accounting, and supplier teams.

Key responsibilities

• Verify invoices, delivery documents, and procurement documents for accuracy
• Check prices, quantities, and purchase conditions against purchase orders (PO)
• Record product pricing and document data into SAP system
• Reconcile daily expenses and advance payments
• Prepare advance payment refund documents
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports
• Store and control accounting documents to support audits
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, accounting, and supplier teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience in accounting, audit work, or accounting systems
• Proficient in Excel including Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, thorough, responsible, and able to coordinate well with others
• SAP experience is considered a plus
