该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Identify the control points for incoming material &

process 建立来料,工序质量控制点

• Verify the inspection result from inspector 验证检验员的数据
• Online process audit or on-site support in supplier side 生产线,供应商审核
• Perform sample inspection, release first article report 进行样品检验及完成首件检查报告
• Handle the incoming material problem and production line quality problem. 处理来料及生产线质量问题
• Evaluate the performance of each supplier & process station 评估供应商,及各工位质量状况
• Failure analysis for complaint from customer and production line 客户投诉及生产线投诉分析
• Control outgoing parts and provide the inspection data in supplier side 供应商直接发货物料的质量控制及数据处理
• Process and outgoing control document prepare 质量文件的准备
• Inspection tools calibration 检验工具的校验
• Qualification Certificate application supporting 资格证书申报的支持 任职要求：
• 理工科大学本科以上
• 工作检验:

国际化公司8年以上质量检验及品质管理经验 ，熟悉焊接验收标准

• 工作技能: 熟悉常用质量管理技巧,SPC,FMEA,R&R
• 语言:
