该职位来源于猎聘 Summarized Accountability: To increase the ability of developing FFIGSS related products and focus on customization products for key customer. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new products based on company strategy and customize products for key customer.
• New raw materials sourcing.
• Formulation and making process development.
• Lead Lab trail
• Lead plant trail
• Assist buying for sourcing related tools and equipment.
• Documentation:
• Working together with department documentation technician on draft new raw materials and package specification.
• Draft plant trail and production specification.
• Draft finished product specification and provide the PLM information to department documentation.
• Products modification:
• Focused on key customer needs for the modification of products formulation etc.
• Working together with project team on updating the related information.
• Costing controlling:
• Work with finance on cost calculation for new products.
• Design the product formulation according to the request from customers.
• Products cutting:
• New product development for new variant product.
• Sensory test:
• Organize sensory test if needed.
• Making related report.
• Customer visiting:
• Visit key customer and demonstrate with our products.
• Transportation test:
• Arrange the transportation test and performance test for the new products. Experience & Education:
• Bachelor degree or above in food science or related field.
• 3+ years working experience in fruit jam company or related food industry
• Experience in food companies or food factories, exposure to foreign company environment will be an advantage. Functional Requirements:
• Good presentation, problem solving skills, innovative approach and be able to apply concepts to application,
• Speaks and writes Chinese, good understanding of written/spoken English.
• Computer literate and willing to travel extensively throughout China.
