綜合裝修維修技工

主要工作職責

• 泥水：牆身修補、批灰、防水處理及地面磚面修繕。
• 木工：門框、櫃體、木地板及一般木製設施的修繕。
• 油漆：牆壁髹漆、翻新及局部執漏。
• 其他支援：兼顧簡單水電或五金維修（如門鎖、水喉等）。

基本入職要求

• 經驗：通常需要 3 至 8 年或以上相關裝修或維修經驗。
• 證書：須持有有效建造業平安咭（綠卡）及建造業工人註冊證；部分機構會要求電牌（A牌）或相關技能證書（具中工或大工牌優先）
• 語文：能操流利廣東話及書寫簡單工作報告。
