一、崗位職責

1、PMC管理

1）負責生產計畫安排和生產交付
2）負責原料和包材核算和申購，收貨

3）生產相關數據統計分析

4）倉庫安全庫存管控

2、客服管理

1）售前：合同審核，公司資質提供，樣品需求申請，樣品提供，樣品管理及擺放

2）售中：回款登記並彙報業績，訂單系統下單和釘釘生產訂單提交以及訂單跟進，標籤申請及審核標籤客戶資訊資料，客戶資料收集，審稿跟進，到料時間跟進，客供包材跟進，交貨期確認及推進，出貨運費對接，出貨數量確認，出貨系統單據處理，對帳單製作及用印申請

3）售後：客訴回饋跟進，合同整理歸檔，居間費核算和申請，居間協議處理，居間發票跟進

3、客戶銷售證照辦理

-負責相關證照申請，對接政府部門，推進落地

4、協助行政人事管理和財務報銷等相關日常事務性工作

二、崗位要求

學歷：專科或本科以上學歷
資歷：2年或以上相關工作經驗

基本技能：熟練使用office、Email等辦公軟件，打字快

語言能力：粵語流利，普通話和英文讀寫能力良好，英語口語可簡單交流

一、Job Responsibilities

1. PMC Management:

1. Responsible for production scheduling and production delivery;

2. Responsible for raw material and packaging material accounting, requisitioning, and goods receipt;

3. Conduct statistical analysis of production-related data;

4. Manage warehouse safety and inventory levels.

2. Customer Service Management:

1）Pre-sales:

Contract review, submission of company qualifications, submission of sample request forms, sample provision, sample management and storage;

2）During-sales:
Record payment receipts and report sales performance; place orders via the order system and submit production orders through DingTalk, as well as follow up on orders; apply for and review customer information related to labels; collect customer data; follow up on manuscript reviews; monitor material arrival times; track customer-provided packaging materials; confirm and advance delivery schedules; coordinate shipping costs; verify shipment quantities; process shipping-related documents through the shipping system; prepare invoices and apply for official stamping;

3）Post-sales:
Follow up on customer complaints and feedback; organize and archive contracts; calculate and apply for brokerage fees; handle brokerage agreements; follow up on brokerage invoices.

3. Customer Sales License Application
   Responsible for applying for relevant licenses and permits, coordinating with government authorities, and facilitating their issuance.

4. Assist with routine administrative and HR tasks, including personnel management and financial reimbursement.

二、Job Requirements
1.Education: Associate degree or higher;
2.Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience;
3.Basic Skills: Proficient use of Office suite, Email, and other office software; Fast typing speed; Language 4.Skills: Fluent in Cantonese; Good reading and writing skills in Mandarin and English; Ability to engage in simple oral communication in English.
