销售管理分析师-区域政策管理

职位描述 1、与业务团队携手合作，共同制定TikTok与核心合作伙伴的中长期商业激励战略，以推动业务增长；

2、推动区域性创新项目，跨团队推进关键激励策略对齐和协同配合，与财务、法务及产品部门的跨职能合作伙伴保持沟通，以确保项目落地；

3、开展深入的市场调研，了解其他广告媒体的激励策略和变化趋势，寻找可借鉴的经验，取长补短；

4、负责预算管理，建立监控看板、ROI追踪体系和激励项目的分析复盘。

职位要求 1、要求至少3年数字广告相关工作经验，优先考虑管理咨询、销售/产品运营、科技企业或跨境电子商务领域经验；熟悉数字广告领域者优先；

2、具备卓越的项目管理能力和沟通技巧，积极主动协调跨职能/区域团队以实现关键战略目标的一致性；

3、具备出色的商业洞察力与强大的分析能力，能够基于数据做出决策，并有效应对挑战；

4、擅长建立信任关系及管理利益相关方，具备独立处理多任务、优先级排序及高效时间管理能力；

5、善于在不确定性场景下开展工作，具备优良的项目应急协调能力，擅长应对变化。
