About the role

Responsible for data centre operations and maintenance management, including annual maintenance planning, equipment stability, incident handling, and team coordination across multiple systems and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain annual maintenance plans, maintenance and repair records for the data centre
• Inspect operator personnel patrol quality and duty discipline compliance within the data centre
• Ensure stable operation of HVAC, electrical and related equipment in the data centre
• Drive progress and quality acceptance of special and ad-hoc construction projects within the data centre
• Handle, follow up on and provide technical support for data centre faults and incidents; conduct fault analysis and post-incident reviews
• Develop response SOPs/MOPs/EOPs for the data centre
• Follow up on other special projects within the cluster

About you

• Full-time diploma or above qualification
• Background in data centre operations and maintenance management
• Professional background in mechanical and electrical, electrical, or HVAC systems
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Familiar with industry standards, regulations and operational processes for various business functions
• Strong management capability and leadership level with high professional standards and sense of responsibility
• Strong sense of responsibility; able to consider interests from company, data centre and customer perspectives to ensure stable data centre operation
• Strong communication and expression skills
• Experience leading team projects or operations and maintenance work
• Ability to coordinate across vertical and horizontal teams to complete tasks
• Skilled at technical training and capability development for team members
