We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Manager – Facility Management to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facility, housekeeping and cleaning operations across assigned offices/branches.

• Supervise Tea Boys, Office Boys, housekeeping and outsourced support staff .

• Manage daycare facility operations and address routine grievances.

• Ensure proper management of pantry, kitchen, drinking water and workplace hygiene .

• Handle and track facility-related complaints , coordinating with service providers for timely resolution.

• Maintain inventory and stock levels of cleaning, pantry and hygiene consumables .

• Ensure meeting rooms and event areas are properly prepared and supported for meetings and corporate events .

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and service providers for routine facility requirements.

• Support office moves, seating arrangements and general workplace operations .
