物料计划

工作职责:

• 50% focus on material planning + 50% focus on OEM after-market planning 50%工作重心为物料计划，50%工作重心为OEM售后市场计划。
• Making weekly material plan and publish to suppliers;制定每周物料计划并发布给供应商。
• Work with customer and production planner to ensure company DIO KPI target;和客户计划员、生产计划员协作，达成公司DIO库存绩效指标。
• Maintain F part MRP view, ensure SAP and especially MRP running well;维护采购件MRP视图，保障SAP系统尤其是MRP模块稳定准确运行。
• Cooperation with production planner to ensure the implementation of production plan;协同生产计划员落实生产计划。
• Join change meeting, support neccessary material plan adjustment after alignment with project team and production planner参与变更会议，与项目组及生产计划员对齐后，完成必要的物料计划调整。
• Make supplier delivery performance scord card, work with purchasing to push unqualified suppliers to improve制作供应商交付绩效看板，联合采购推动交付不达标的供应商改善。
• Consolidate OEM after-market demand and ensure on time delivery to customer.整合OEM售后市场需求，保障客户订单准时交付。
• Making finish good delivery plan and maintain into SAP to driving production planning and raw material planning.编制成品发运计划并录入SAP，以此驱动生产计划与原材料计划。
• Work with material and production planner to ensure company DIO KPI target;协同物料计划员、生产计划员达成公司DIO库存绩效指标。
• Maintain SAP SD Module master data, ensure SAP running well;维护SAP销售与分销模块主数据，保障SAP系统正常准确运行。
• Cooperation with production planner to ensure the implementation of production plan;协同生产计划员落实生产计划。
• Make customer delivery performance scord card, work with cross-function teams to push process improvements制作客户交付绩效看板，联动跨部门团队推动流程改善。
• Other tasks assigned by supply chain manager.完成供应链经理安排的其他工作。

任职条件:

• College degree or above大专学历及以上；
• At least 3 years of material planning working experience in manufacturing industry具备3年以上制造业物料计划工作经验；
• Fluent in both oral and written English英语听说读写梳理；
• Be good at related office software熟练运用相关办公软件；
• Experience in automotive industry is preferred汽车行业工作经验优先；
• Working experience in international company is preferred有跨国公司工作经验优先。
