行政兼总经理助理

该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

• Schedule and arrange meeting held by GM, and take meeting minutes, as well as follow up the action plans.协助总经理安排会议，做好会议记录并跟踪行动计划。
• Coordinate travel arrangement for GM, including calendar, meetings and reimbursement. 协调总经理行程，包括会议、差旅和报销。

• Manage administrative work, including daily office operation,

Property Management负责公司的日常行政工作，按需采购日常办公用品、物业对接等。
