岗位职责：
- 负责亚太区新能源领域的投资并购项目执行，包括项目筛选、尽职调查、交易结构设计及谈判
- 分析光伏或新能源行业市场趋势，评估潜在投资机会并制定并购策略
- 协调跨部门团队完成项目交割，推动投后整合及价值提升
- 维护亚太区行业关系网络，拓展潜在合作渠道及交易资源
任职要求：
- 具备10年以上亚太区投资并购项目实操经验，熟悉交易全流程管理
- 拥有光伏或新能源行业背景，对产业链技术、政策及商业模式有深入理解
- 具备优秀的财务分析能力及跨文化团队协作能力
- 英语可作为工作语言，持有CPA/CFA资格者优先
