该职位来源于猎聘 你是一名项目经理，负责为一家国际OEM客户的研发部门管理整车开发和工程咨询项目。你将作为我司与该客户之间的主要接口，向常驻中国的项目总监汇报。 You are a Project Manager responsible for managing full vehicle development and engineering consulting projects for an international OEM client's R&D division. You will serve as the primary interface between our company and the client, reporting to the Project Director based in China. 你将参与从项目范围界定到最终交付的全过程，涵盖项目管理的各个方面，包括计划制定、风险管理、变更管理和问题升级处理。你将在中欧之间协调跨职能团队，确保项目交付按时、在预算内并达到高质量标准。 You will work on projects from scoping to delivery, covering all aspects of project management including planning, risk management, change management, and issue escalation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across China and Europe to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 在日常工作中，你需要与客户方工程及管理层利益相关者建立并维护牢固的信任关系，推动项目的整体成功。 In daily operations, you are expected to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at engineering and management levels, and drive overall project success for the organisation. 任职资格 任职要求 Qualifications 基本要求Basic Qualification 教育程度 Education: 汽车工程、机械工程或相关工程专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline 工作经验 Experience: 在汽车行业担任项目管理岗位累计至少6年 Minimum 6 years of total working experience in a project management role within the automotive industry 兼具OEM和Tier 1供应商环境的工作经验——深入了解汽车全供应链 Solid experience across both OEM and Tier 1 environments – deep understanding of the full automotive supply chain 拥有完整的整车开发项目或重大工程项目交付的成功记录 Proven track record of delivering full vehicle development projects or major engineering programmes 具备与国际OEM客户合作的经验，了解其工程流程、质量标准和企业文化 Experience working with international OEM clients and understanding their engineering processes, quality standards, and corporate culture 有整车开发和工程咨询背景者优先 Background in vehicle development and engineering consulting is highly preferred 专业技能 Skills & Competencies: 扎实的项目管理能力，熟练使用MS Project、Excel和PowerPoint Strong project management skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint 出色的沟通和人际交往能力——能够在公司各层级施加影响并建立良好关系 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and build rapport at all levels of the business 较强的问题解决和决策能力，兼具分析严谨性与实践判断力 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a balance of analytical rigour and practical judgement 自我驱动，能够在最少监督下独立工作 Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision 适应性强，能够自如应对不同时区和跨文化工作环境 Adaptable and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures 中级数据分析和处理能力 Intermediate data analysis and processing capabilities 有PHEV整车开发经验者优先 Experience with PHEV vehicle development is a plus 语言能力 Language: 英语流利（口语和书面）——硬性要求 Fluent in English (oral and written) – mandatory
