该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 1、结合业务特性和市场情况，针对B端经销商和终端网点管理场景，深入研究与分析，输出产品业务分析报告和改进建议； 2、负责客户主数据建设、客户生命周期管理、客户价值提升等产品线规划、PRD设计、产品验收落地、产品上线运营跟进; 3、通过业务调研、客户沟通，开展用户研究工作，挖掘场景化改进，并输出可落的产品方案； 4、跟踪产品生命周期，提升产品价值； 5、推进研发、设计等相关角色协同配合，促进目标达成； 【岗位职责】
- 必需：4年以上B2B/B2B2C行业客户管理系统经验
- 必需：至少3年CRM/CDP/MDM（主数据管理）相关领域经验
- 必需：深度理解渠道架构（品牌-经销商-终端-消费者)
- 必需：主导或深度参与过以下至少3类系统建设： 经销商/渠道管理系统 终端门店管理系统 客户数据平台 (CDP） 或主数据管理 (MDM) SAP或其他ERP客户主数据对接 客户生命周期管理（准入-经营-退出） 工单/客服管理系统
