研发工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 1. 协助研发经理完成日常部门辅助工作； Support R&D manager finish daily work 2. 与比利时研发人员沟通互动，分析内部需求，确认并协助安排开发结果； Communicate with Belgium technical unit and take the demand of Local unit, check and arrange the result for them. 3. 分析并设计面料结构； Analysis the fabric and design the fabric construction 4. 开发新的面料供应商，以向比利时总部提供新的产品及质量； Develop new fabric supplier and propose new quality to the headquarter 5. 分析客户/市场的需求，以创造新的解决方案和/或适应; Analyses the needs of the customer/market in order to create new solutions and/or adaptations

• 负责项目规划和跟踪，包括与销售、生产协商确定正确的优先级(如实际执行试验); Be responsible for the project planning and close follow-up, including correct prioritization in consultation with sales, production (e.g. for practical execution of trials). 7. 与比利时总部共享公司内部的产品开发成果； Share the local development result with headquarter 8. 及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作。 Complete the other work arrangement assigned by superior.
