自媒體編導

關鍵職責：

1.負責公司自媒體整體內容規劃，獨立完成短視頻、直播腳本撰寫、現場拍攝執行及後期剪輯全工序。

2.策劃落地香港升學、留學規劃、香港身份相關主題直播，透過優質內容提升用戶互動量與品牌曝光。

3.對直播素材做片段切片、二次包裝發布，透過存量內容實現流量二次傳播與商業轉化。

4.全流程統籌內容從策劃、取景拍攝、後期製作至平台上線，把控產出質量與發布節奏。

5.跟蹤短視頻、直播數據表現，透過數據反饋迭代腳本思路，輸出全新內容方向。

Key Responsibilities

1.Oversee overall content planning for the company’s social media accounts; independently complete the full production workflow including scriptwriting, on-location shooting and post-editing for short videos and livestreams.

2.Develop and execute livestream campaigns focusing on Hong Kong school admission, overseas study planning and Hong Kong residency applications, boosting user engagement and brand visibility via high-quality content.

3.Cut, repackage and republish livestream highlights to drive secondary traffic and monetise existing content assets.

4.Manage end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation, filming and post-production to platform release, ensuring consistent content quality and scheduled publishing timeline.

5.Monitor performance metrics of short videos and livestreams, refine scripting strategies based on data insights and propose innovative new content directions.

崗位要求：

1.本科或以上學歷，主修傳媒、廣告、影視製作等相關專業優先。

2.具備1年以上短視頻或直播製作經驗，能夠獨立完成腳本、拍攝、剪輯與直播執行。

3.有編導經驗或成功帳號案例者優先（請附作品集）。

4.優秀的內容策劃與文案能力，能夠輸出兼具“專業度 + 網感”的直播與短視頻內容。

5.具備直播策劃、控場與轉化經驗，理解用戶心理與傳播機制。

6.粵語及英語流利優先，能以中英文進行溝通與表達。

7.持有香港本地、IANG或其他可續簽簽證者均可申請。

8.具備教育領域內容製作經驗或對香港升學市場有理解者更佳。

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Media, Advertising, Film Production or related disciplines are preferred.

2.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in short-video or livestream production, capable of independently handling scripting, filming, editing and on-site livestream delivery.

3.Prior experience as a content director or proven track record of growing social accounts is preferred; please attach your portfolio with application.

4.Strong content planning and copywriting skills to create professional yet trend-aware short-video and livestream content.

5.Practical experience in livestream planning, on-air hosting and sales conversion, with solid understanding of user behaviour and content distribution logic.

6.Fluency in Cantonese and English is a plus for bilingual communication and content creation.

7.Candidates with HK permanent residency, IANG visa or other renewable Hong Kong work visas are eligible to apply.

8.Experience creating education-focused content or in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong’s education admission market is highly desirable.
