该职位来源于猎聘 一、实验室日常管理 1、安全规范 ① 完善并严格执行实验室规章制度，确保符合国际安全标准。

• Enforce lab regulations in compliance with international safety standards. ② 熟知安全操作规程及应急措施，定期组织师生安全培训与演练。
• Conduct safety training and drills for staff/students on emergency protocols. 2、仪器维护与采购 ① 仪器维护：日常检查实验室常用设备，及时联系工程维修故障仪器。
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of laboratory equipment, promptly arrange repairs for faulty instruments with the engineering team. ② 采购管理：与学科组沟通制定采购计划，验收新设备并登记入账。
• Procure supplies based on teacher input; log new assets upon delivery. 3、化学药品、生物样本、危化品与库存控制 ① 化学药品、生物样本管理： 常规实验室试剂库存管理，登记入册，检查库存。
• Maintain inventory records for general laboratory reagents, regularly check stock levels. ② 危化品管理：严格执行“使用登记制度”（使用者/用量/余量）、单独分类存放并落实双人双锁制度。
• Track hazardous material usage with signed logs (user/quantity/remaining)，implement "dual-key" system for hazardous materials. ③ 库存清点：定期核查化学试剂、耗材库存，避免临期物品积压。
• Audit chemical/reagent stocks on a regular basis; phase out expired items. 4、废弃物处理：废弃物分类存放，确保化学/生物废弃物按环保法规专业回收。
• Oversee compliant disposal of hazardous/biological waste via licensed providers. 5、合规与审计 ① 配合教育局/学校检查，完成安全整改与文档提交。
• Comply with regulatory audits and submit required documentation. ② 管理实验室准入权限，协助教师申请危化品使用资质。
• Manage lab access permissions and support hazardous material licensing. 6、保持实验室、仪器室、准备间整洁。
• Maintain lab cleanliness. 二、实验课程全流程支持 1、 实验预约与教学协作 ① 预约协调：统筹物理、化学、生物实验室使用安排，避免时间冲突。
• Schedule lab sessions across disciplines to prevent overlapping bookings. ② 课前准备：根据实验材料提前配置器材/试剂，协助教师预实验。
• Prepare materials and conduct trial runs with teachers. ③ 课中监督：确保学生佩戴护具（护目镜/手套），及时处理泼洒或设备故障。
• Monitor students’ PPE usage and intervene in spills/equipment failures. ④ 课后清点：回收、清洁设备并登记损耗，更新库存台账。
• Inspect, clean, and log equipment post-lab; update inventory records. 2、实验教学支持 ① 协助教师实验课，指导学生规范操作仪器。
• Assist in demonstrations and train students on proper equipment handling. ② 监督实验安全，即时纠正危险操作（如直接闻化学试剂）。
• Intervene in unsafe practices (e.g., improper chemical handling). ③ 开展风险评估，为教师提供实验安全改进建议。
• Perform risk assessments and recommend safety enhancements. 三、其他职责
• 担任导师角色，支持全校性活动，如招生开放日、选课说明会、课外活动、委员会工作及校历活动 To act as a mentor, support school-wide activities, such as Admissions Open Day, Course Selection Briefing, Extracurricular Activities, committee work, School Calendar Activities
