- 负责各类材料表面金属化（主要材料为金刚石）的工艺开发。包括工艺开发方案的制定、实验计划安排和执行、设备的维护和升级沟通等； 2.负责制定质量标准和生产标准 3.负责审核图纸及提出施行方案 4.负责陶瓷薄膜电路的后端制程（含工艺开发和设备操作） 5.负责其他宽禁带半导体材料工艺研究和开发 6.其他领导安排的工作
任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历 2.物理学、材料学、化学相关专业 3.具有较好的英语交流能力 4.具有工艺开发经验五年以上
