• Independently complete the development and commissioning of visual functions, ensure that the vision system meets the requirements of detection accuracy and speed, and ensure the pass of project visual acceptance. 独立完成视觉功能开发与调试，确保视觉系统满足检测精度与速度要求，保障项目视觉验收通过。
• Responsible for the selection evaluation and test verification of 2D/3D vision hardware in projects, and complete the installation, calibration, testing. 负责项目中2D/3D视觉硬件的选型评估与测试验证，完成视觉系统的安装、标定、测试与联调等。
• Develop defect detection algorithms based on traditional algorithms and deep learning, and optimize detection accuracy and false positive rate. 开发基于传统算法与深度学习的缺陷检测算法，优化检测准确率与误报率。
• Develop vision industrial upper computer software using C#/Python/C++ to realize functions such as image acquisition, parameter configuration and data storage. Complete communication docking and joint debugging between the vision system and production line equipment including PLC, robots and MES. 使用C#/Python/C++进行视觉工控上位机开发，实现图像采集、参数配置、数据存储等功能。 完成视觉系统与PLC、机器人、MES等产线设备的通讯对接与联调。
• Responsible for on-site equipment installation and commissioning, production line acceptance, and handle various detection abnormalities. Continuously optimize detection speed, accuracy, false detection rate and missed detection rate to ensure stable equipment operation, and deliver technical documents including project proposals, commissioning logs and operation manuals. 负责设备在现场的安装调试、产线验收，处理各类检测异常。 持续优化检测速度、准确率、误检率与漏检率，保障设备稳定运行，输出项目方案书、调试日志、操作手册等技术文档。
• Compile training materials and operation manuals for vision applications and provide technical support for customer-side deployment. 编写视觉应用培训教材与操作手册，为客户端部署提供技术支持。 Qualifications
• Education o Bachelor's degree or above, major in Automation, Computer Science and Technology, Electronic Information, Optics, Artificial Intelligence and other related. 本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机、电子信息、光学、人工智能等相关专业。
• Experience o At least 5 years of independent project implementation experience in industrial vision inspection projects. 具备5年以上的工业视觉检测项目独立落地经验。
• Core Competencies o Proficient in algorithms including dimension measurement, template matching, threshold segmentation and blob analysis; familiar with object detection and classification models such as YOLO, SSD and CNN, and proficient in mainstream frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow. 熟练掌握尺寸测量、模板匹配、阈值分割、Blob分析等算法，熟悉YOLO、SSD、CNN等目标检测/分类模型，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架。 o Proficient in at least one programming language among Python, C# and C++, capable of independently developing vision inspection programs, and skilled in using at least one vision library such as Halcon, OpenCV and VisionPro. 精通Python/C#/C++中至少一门语言，能独立编写视觉检测程序，熟练使用Halcon、OpenCV、VisionPro等至少一种视觉库。 o Possess a strong sense of responsibility, with good communication skills and team spirit. 具有极强工作责任心，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 o Strong learning ability to quickly master new technologies and new products. 具有极强的学习能力，可以快速学习新技术，新产品。 o Capable of leading a team to conduct overseas commissioning. 需要有能力带队出国调试。 o Candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred. 良好的英语听说读写能力者优先。
