About the role

A Collections Officer role focused on managing customer accounts, supporting customers in finding viable debt repayment solutions, and ensuring debt collection is carried out efficiently and accurately in line with company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve overdue accounts through professional telephone contact and persuasive negotiation
• Assess customer financial status to propose debt restructuring, compromise, or payment plans in accordance with company policy
• Drive debt collection to meet or exceed monthly targets and achieve departmental KPIs to maintain healthy cash flow
• Maintain accuracy and record all customer contact details and payment agreements comprehensively in the management system
• Support administrative processes for accounts requiring referral to external legal offices or external debt collection agencies
• Ensure all communications comply with industry regulations and company standards of professional ethics

About you

• Recent graduate or 0-2 years of work experience (banking or financial institution experience will be given special consideration)
• Strong persuasive communication skills and ability to communicate confidently and clearly by telephone
• Ability to remain calm and maintain professionalism when handling difficult conversations or working under target pressure
• Education: Diploma (Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic analytical ability to manage figures and assess financial data to identify solutions for customers
• Fluent Thai language communication; English language ability will be given special consideration at a professional level
