About the role

This role involves communicating with customers through online channels, answering questions, providing information, and resolving initial issues in a courteous and efficient manner. You will plan vehicle dispatch schedules as appropriate and inform drivers of customer pickup and delivery information.

• Inform drivers of customer pickup and delivery information

About you

• Vocational Certificate (Vocational Level 3 or 4) or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Able to communicate well in Thai and English
• Able to use basic programs such as MS Office, Line, WhatsApp
• Service-minded, courteous, patient, and able to resolve immediate problems well
• Able to work flexible hours and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Open-minded to new technology and able to adapt to rapid changes
• Experience in vehicle dispatch will be given special consideration
