עבודה שוטפת מול המזמין, פיקוח, יועצים ומתכננים. בקרה על תוכניות, מפרטים וכתבי כמויות. ניהול ישיבות פרויקט, פתרון חסמים וקידום הביצוע בשטח. מהנדס/ת אזרחי/ת / בניין – חובה.
ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול פרויקטי ביצוע בתחום התשתיות – חובה. ניסיון בניהול צוותים וקבלני משנה. ניסיון בניהול תקציב, חשבונות ולוחות זמנים. שליטה בקריאת תוכניות, מפרטים וכתבי כמויות.
שליטה ב-Excel וב-MS Project. יכולת ניהול והובלה, ראייה מערכתית ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
